APAC Realty expands ERA franchise into Hong Kong

Singapore-based realty services provider APAC Real estate, via its subsidiary brand ERA, has signed a franchise contract with Hong Kong– managed realty and financial services firm Hong Kong Morning Dragon Company (HKMD).

ERA HKMD’s Chan states the alliance “shows our commitment to remaining in the lead of industry patterns and strengthening our competitive edge”. She adds that ERA’s universal system will certainly help the firm better attend to the evolving requirements of Hong Kong investors.

Hong Kong’s real estate market has been showing signs of rehabilitation this year, sustained by the elimination of property stamp duties, alleviating home mortgage rates and strengthening cost.

Under the contract released on Oct 28, HKMD is going to hold in service rights over ERA registered member broker offices in Hong Kong for a three-year term beginning Jan 1, 2026. APAC Realty keeps the choice to restore the agreement for one more three years, subject to specific legal conditions.

Chu includes that the expansion will allow APAC Realty to better serve clients seeking to diversify their property portfolios beyond Singapore. “The combination of global consistency and local insight will steer our effectiveness throughout the region,” he states.

Through this growth, APAC Real estate’s organization are going to grow to more than 21,900 advisors throughout 14 Asia-Pacific nations. The Hong Kong franchise business– ERA Hong Kong Morning Dragon– will likely be led by Michelle Chan and Benny Wong, both experienced experts with over 3 decades of experience in financial and cross-border realty.
