ThirdHome names new business development director of Southeast Asia and product head to accelerate global expansion
Exclusive high-end residence exchange club for second-home investors, ThirdHome, has appointed Julian Sedgwick as service development supervisor of Southeast Asia and Brooke Ashton Carvalho as director of product.
Sedgwick delivers more than 25 years of experience in world-wide realty, financial investment structuring and cross-border deals. During the course of his occupation, Sedgwick assisted in more than US$ 5.5 billion ($ 6.96 billion) in international home property arrangements and built a network of over 200 family workplaces and ultra-high-net-worth capitalists throughout Asia Pacific.
With the appointment of Brooke Ashton Carvalho as head of product at ThirdHome, she will look after the development of the business’s product roadmap. Carvalho is expected to focus on personalisation, knowledge, and ensuring smooth user experiences across the swap journey.
Based in Singapore, Sedgwick is assumed to broaden the club’s regional presence in Southeast Asia and expand its international portfolio of houses via forging collaborations with high-end hotel developers, branded residences and second-home owners.
Prior to joining ThirdHome, Sedgwick held senior administration spots at Savills, JLL, BNP Paribas Realty, Crown Group and Damac Properties. He additionally started TGC Global Consultancy, where he encouraged builders on Asian market access approaches, sales systems and funding collaborations.
According to the company, ThirdHome is the world’s biggest exclusive traveling club for deluxe second-home proprietors. It currently boasts greater than 30,000 properties over greater than 100 countries, using its members accessibility to an international network of homes, resorts and luxury yachts without the price of nighttime rental prices.
Wade Shealy, owner, chairman and chief executive officer of ThirdHome, claims: “Julian’s deep understanding of Asia’s luxury property and UHNW landscape makes him the optimal person to steer our local expansion, whilst Brooke’s product leadership will ensure we continue to innovate worldwide.”
Previously, Carvalho led large product ecosystems for Google and Walmart, where she most recently led generative AI and platform style campaigns.
