The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious
Properties within hospitality-led work environment contractor The Great Room– spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– will operate under the Industrious label, effective July 1.
The Great Room also presently runs 2 places in Sydney, Australia; two in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.
The three brand-new locations slated to start in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Roadway, Shaw Tower on Beach Roadway, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.
Industrious plans to increase its Apac portfolio by greater than 50% over the next 12 months, including the opening of 3 brand-new areas in Singapore this year. The pipeline belongs to a broader international growth, with the firm aiming to open up over 60 new areas worldwide in 2026.
” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the same belief that work should feel human,” says Su Anne Mi, managing director for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That philosophy is what defined The Great Room across Apac, and it carries forward under the Industrious brand.”
” Creating a solo global brand combines our group and members all over the core values that have always specified us: premium friendliness, attractive layout, and a true feeling of belonging,” includes Gentry Long, president of Industrious.
The action will unify Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) areas, previously running under The Great Room, right into its global network, the company stated in a June 17 release.
The Great Room currently runs seven areas in Singapore, including workspaces at One George Street in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Road.
The rebrand comes four years right after US-headquartered Industrious– currently a unit of CBRE– gotten homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE acquired full control of Industrious in January 2025.
