Three developments in Melbourne and Sydney to launch for sale in Singapore; prices from A$705,000

Cavallo is a flat high rise along Clarke Road in Southbank, an inner-city residential area just southern of Melbourne’s CBD. The 188-unit property development provides one- to two-bedroom flats evaluating from 603 to 1,227 sq ft.

Apartments at 3 new property developments in Australia– Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington– will be launched for sale to Singapore buyers throughout the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, said Savills Singapore. Cavallo stands in Melbourne, while Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington are in Sydney.

Residences at the development make up one- to three-bedders, along with little office, home office (or Soho) apartments. Costs start from A$ 1.03 million for a one-bedroom unit and go up to A$ 1.96 million for a three-bedroom house; a Soho unit costs A$ 1.74 million.

The three property developments give Singapore customers a breadth of residential selections, noted Adrian Lim, senior director and director of international housing sales at Savills Singapore. “Buyers can think about not only the individual home, but also the kind of neighbourhood and lifestyle that best matches their needs.”

Meanwhile, The Kensington is positioned throughout Anzac Parade in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The mixed-use project– a venture by Australian property business TOGA Group– has 142 high-end apartments sitting atop a ground-floor retail podium.

Savills Singapore will hold a launch event for the assignments at Voco Orchard Hotel from 2pm to 6pm on Sept 19 and 20.

Prices begin with A$ 705,000 ($ 639,375) for a one-bedder and A$ 1.1 million for a two-bedroom unit. Established by Melbourne-based real estate developer LAS Group, the project is slated for completion in 4Q2028.

Cavallo is near to landmarks consisting of the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, South Melbourne Market and Rod Laver Arena. It also gives convenient connectivity to tertiary education facilities including the University of Melbourne’s Southbank school, La Trobe University and Victoria University.

The Kensington is two mins away walking from Kensington Terminal, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Light Rail connection. The property is also close to primary health and universities, including the University of New South Wales.

The development is around a six-minute stretch away from the St Leonards train station, offering residents public transport connection to the CBD. Other neighboring amenities include Shopping mall 88’s retail offerings, Royal North Shore Medical facility and colleges. Park Avenue Residences is anticipated to be carried out this year.
